Methodology
We hand-copy prices, included minutes or calls, and overage rates from each vendor's own pricing page and record the date. A script re-fetches every pricing page and flags changes for review. Feature fields are keyword-matched and unverified.
Pricing
Each tool page links to the exact pricing page used and the date it was checked. Cost estimates apply published list prices to your call volume; usage-based units ("unique customer", "interaction") count as one per call.
Features
Integrations, trades, languages, handoff and HIPAA fields are keyword mentions on the vendor's website. We haven't verified them yet.
Test calls (coming soon)
We'll set up each tool as a fake local business, place scripted calls (booking, emergency, off-script, Spanish) and score the results.
Open data
The full dataset is published as tools.json and tools.csv.
